Clause 1

General Terms and Acceptance

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

tom188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, and ETH).

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Withdrawals are typically processed within one hour after a complete request is received.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the same user's name. Transfers to third-party accounts are prohibited. Any attempt to misappropriate funds or conduct money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Withdrawals are only processed after all related wagering requirements have been met.
• Funds originating solely from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are completed.

Clause 5

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users who make their first deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. For a deposit of RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM500 is given, bringing the balance to RM1,700, with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received. This wagering amount must be completed before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

5.3 VIP Programme

The tom188 VIP Programme has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Progression to a higher tier depends on the player's activity and loyalty on the platform.

Game Rules

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless a clear technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, tom188 will work to resolve any issues based on system records.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• The use of bots, automated scripts or any other unfair methods may result in immediate account termination.

Accepted User Conduct

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, or through a court with jurisdiction under the relevant licensing laws.

The official version of these Terms is in Malay. In the event of any conflict between the Malay version and a translation in another language, the Malay version shall prevail.
